He did a great job with my mom's arrangement that was sent to her funeral. As well as same day walk in orders for the funeral date of my great Aunt. The arrangements were fresh and beautiful.

I ordered an almost $100 arrangement to be delivered for someone's birthday. The recipient sent me a picture of what arrived. Looked NOTHING like what I ordered. I was so disappointed. I called the shop to discuss the situation. The man on the phone advised me that he didn't have the flowers in stock that were on the website. I asked him why he didn't call me to advise me of that so I could pick a different arrangement. He said he picked what he thought looked best. NO! What my loved one received looked VERY disappointing and definitely not worth the almost $100 I spent. He said he'd go pick it back up and give me a refund. ARE YOU SERIOUS?! It was already delivered to a loved one for their birthday. I'm not going to have it taken back! That's ludicrous. I managed to get the delivery fee taken off, but that doesn't fix the poor customer service, disappointment, and outrageousness.

I cannot say enough good things about this place! We live out of town and have used Cooksey’s to send my in-laws flowers three different times. Each time, the staff has been so pleasant to deal with and truly go above and beyond. We used them to announce the gender of our first baby to my in-laws and they made the whole experience so special. We are always so pleased with the quality they provide and the customer service is top notch. I cannot recommend Cooksey’s enough!

Friendly and understanding. Listened to our request for what we wanted. As you can see how gorgeous it turned out. I'd recommend going here for any of your flower needs. I'd give a 💯.

Mr. Henry was very helpful and attentive! He had a little conversation with me and was able to style and create a beautiful masterpiece of floral design. The store is located a small ways away in Jonesboro but is entirely worth it! Also very affordable!
